Monthly Women's Sound Circle

Monthly Focusing Drop-In

This new offering is based on the work of Dr Eugene Gendlin. The premise is that the body holds wisdom and by putting our attention on what our body is feeling/sensing, we are able to tap into a knowledgeable resource. Participants will have an opportunity to discuss the steps of Focusing, work in dyads and discover inner stories. The Focusing “Drop In” evening will be held the second Tuesday of every month.

38 Station Road, Etobicoke, side entrance. 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Cost is by donation. Private sessions by phone or in person, for a fee.
